I was excited to see what this planner offered, but then I read the cover and it doesn’t seem sound. Aren’t WE to thirst for Him? Someone please explain?

Great question, Rose!! This article from National Catholic Register provides some beautiful context: A question we might ask is: Was the Lord Jesus just thirsty for water? He was tired and thirsty after a long journey. But there is something deeper than bodily thirst.
Many spiritual writers and theologians of the Church have connected this passage to the cry of the Lord Jesus on the cross — “I thirst.”
Obviously, during his passion, he was thirsty for water, after enduring brutal torture and hanging on the cross for three hours. But he was also thirsty for you and for me — for our response to him and for our love in return!
God thirsts for us!

And this is from Saint Teresa of Calcutta, which is the inspiration for our Planner:
“I THIRST FOR YOU. Yes, that is the only way to even begin to describe My love for you.
I THIRST FOR YOU. I thirst to love you and to be loved by you. So precious are you to Me that I THIRST FOR YOU. Come to Me, and I will fill your heart and heal your wounds. I will make you a new creation and give you peace even in your trials.
I THIRST FOR YOU.”

I hope this helps <3

The 2023 liturgical planner was put together as well as last year’s. Excellent quality! The only drawback was that the interior photo of the monthly view was the same as last year’s, which showed color-coded feast days and seasons on the monthly calendar. That photo has been removed, because there is no color-coding this year, but there has been no updated photo of the interior monthly view, which may lead some people to believe that it is the same as last year’s. I hope the color-coding returns because it’s such an aid to liturgical living.

Hey friend! We took a poll among our BIS Writers and the majority of gals said they didn’t notice the colors, so we opted to remove them to lower the cost of editing time for the planner. But we love you guys and want to ensure you LOVE the planner, so we are totally open to putting them back in! Thanks so much for this feedback!

This is the planner I have been wanting for years! I LOVE the vertical arrangement for the daily/weekly planning. The day is marked hourly from morning until evening. The Saints, Novenas and other helpful information will help to keep my life in balance. There is a weekly meal planning page. There are places for notes. My planner is the key to my organization and this is the best one I have seen and I have been looking for years! I can’t wait to put it to full use starting in January!!

This makes us so happy! Excited for you to start using the planner too!

The planner is excellent. I love the writing space and the notes and the prompts. If I might make one suggestion – it would be super to see this planner with the binding in lieu of spiral bound.

Hi! Just curious because this product is depicted as January 2023-December 2023 but on the photo of the product it says July 2022-July 2023. Just wanted to let you know and was wondering if there would be a January-December planner released. Thank you!

I love this planner!!! Thank you! A possible suggestion for future versions… In the “Daily Prayer:” section of the weekly pages, add a check box for “Mass.” Would love to have a place to record daily Mass.

I’m purchasing this for a friend who has 4 children and a busy life. Which size should I pick. The spiral bound on mine gets snagged on things. Thanks in Advance.

Just received my 2023 liturgical planner! It looks great but as another customer pointed out, I noticed the interior photo of the monthly view was missing the color-coded feast days and liturgical seasons. I, too, have found this color coding system very helpful for liturgical living so I was disappointed to find out it isn’t part of this year’s edition. One of the main reasons I continue to buy the planner is because of this feature. Please bring back the color-coding next year!
